Using Relay

Relay is a design workflow management tool for UX teams and stakeholders. You may use it for any lawful purpose. Your account is personal to you — you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or our infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform without our permission
• Upload malware or anything designed to damage or disrupt the product
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use Relay in a way that violates any applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice first unless the situation requires immediate action.

Your content

You own the content you bring into Relay. We don't claim any ownership over your work. By using the product, you give us a limited license to store and process your content solely to run the service for you.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you bring into the platform, including any third-party assets or files.

Availability

We do our best to keep Relay running reliably, but we can't promise uninterrupted access. Occasional maintenance or unexpected issues may cause downtime. We'll communicate when we can.

Relay is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the product.

Intellectual property

Relay, the Relay name, and all original content and code that make up the product are owned by us. You may not copy or redistribute any part of it without permission.

If you share feedback or ideas with us, we may use them to improve the product. We won't share your name publicly in connection with any feedback without your consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and may notify you by email. Continuing to use Relay after an update means you accept the revised terms.
